There are essays by António Carlos Cortez (on Antero de Quental, Mário de Sá-Carneiro, and Eduardo Guerra Carneiro), and Pedro Eiras. “Depoimentos” are by Armando Silva Carvalho, Diogo Vaz Pinto, Fernando Guimarães, Golgona Anghel, Helder Moura Pereira, Inês Lourenço, Luís Filipe Castro Mendes, Luís Filipe Parrado, and Maria do Rosário Pedreira, and a diary by João Berrento. Previously unpublished poems are by Armando Freitas Filho, Frederico Pedreira, Gastão Cruz, José Ricardo Nunes, and Margarida Vale de Gato, and poems by Alejandra Pizarnik are translated by Fernando Pinto do Amaral.
